We are driven to help your investments outperform and only get paid if you make money.
The Capriole Fund is for the professional investor seeking expert navigation of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets. The Capriole Fund combines our best mix of directional algotrading strategies and deep value investments with the objective of yielding market beating returns.
We run a variety of autonomous quantitative and machine learning based algorithms across Bitcoin and Ethereum with the majority of the Fund’s portfolio.
Our value investments typically center on cryptos with tangible cash flows across the Decentralized Finance (DeFi), GameFi and Metaverse categories. From time-to-time we have also identified other opportunistic trades, such as within Non-fungible Token (NFT) collections by running models across 10,000s of artworks and assessing their relative undervaluation based on each piece’s unique traits, rarity and life-time transaction history.

Yes. We have deep knowledge and experience in Bitcoin. As a result, a significant portion of our portfolio is algorithmically trading Bitcoin long and short. We also run trading algorithms on Ethereum and other major cryptocurrency pairs. Our capital trades and invests in other cryptocurrencies in accordance with the expected risk-return we believe we can achieve in them. In addition, the Capriole Fund invests in hand selected deep value opportunities where they are considered to add a potential return and diversification benefit to Bitcoin.
The Capriole Fund charges a quarterly performance fee. This means that you only have to pay a fee (the “Performance Fee”) each quarter if we have grown your asset balance during that quarter, and if your balance is higher than any prior High Water Mark. We do not charge a Management Fee. It’s our philosophy and reality: Capriole Investments only makes money when our clients do. Our current fee rates are noted above.
Yes. All fees are calculated based on performance above the High Water Mark. The High Water Mark is equal to the highest balance of your portfolio at the end of any prior quarters. If you are a new investor, the first High Water Mark is equal to your initial investment.
Deposits/Investments: The Capriole Fund accepts new investments once a month.
Withdrawals/Redemptions: provided at least 14 days’ notice is given, withdrawals can be made once per calendar quarter, at the end of each calendar quarter.
